Pinnacle Estate is currently 80% Sold
Newcastle’s newest residential estate, Pinnacle Estate is officially open on the 2nd of November for inspection as streetscapes begin to take shape.
The completion of the civil works comes as developer, Winten Property Group, announces 80% of the estate has already sold, just months since its official launch.
Winten Property Group General Manager, Karl Rameau said whilst the gates won’t officially be opening until January, buyers were invited to inspect by appointment.
“Now that the civil works have been completed, it’s exciting watching the estate come to life with roads and footpaths now in place and individual lots clearly visible,” Mr Rameau said.
“Buyers can arrange to come by and potentially find the site of their future dream home with clear street access.”
Located in the growing Fletcher region of Newcastle, Pinnacle Estate offers 57 homesites, perfectly positioned 20 minutes from the centre of Newcastle CBD, as well as close to the arterial roads that lead to the mining and agricultural areas within the Hunter Region. This is complemented by the excellent road, rail and public transport networks
Mr Rameau said the estate was ideal for first home buyers and young families.
“The central location of Pinnacle Estate, combined with the surrounding facilities makes it the perfect location bring up a family,” Mr Rameau said.
“The lifestyle here is community focused and the educational options are huge, with several primary and secondary schools located in the area, the University of Newcastle, TAFE and other colleges and institutions at your doorstep.
“There are also several benefits to purchasing land for a brand new home, such as the saved costs in stamp duty. This is because on a typical house and land package you only have to pay stamp duty on the value of the land, not the house and land components, as the home hasn’t been built yet.
“In addition, building your home gives you the flexibility to create something that suits your needs.”
Mr Rameau said this part of Newcastle continues to experience a growth spurt, with other land estates in the area selling in recent years.
“As Australia’s seventh largest city and with a booming regional economy, it’s little wonder Newcastle has seen a migration of residents moving from larger nearby cities, including Sydney and Melbourne.”
According to the 2019 Hunter Investment Prospectus, the Hunter economy stretches far beyond the traditional industries of coal, steel and wine which are often associated with the Region.
“The Region is embracing innovation and education, with these industries fuelling economic growth, making it a prime location to live, work and invest.” Mr Rameau said.
Comprises 57 flat blocks of land, 18 of which take in the sprawling views of the city. Sites at Pinnacle Estate range from 475 sqm to 4.845 hectares and are ready to build on now.
Land sites range from $275,000 to $500,000 and buyers can view the estate everyday from 10am to 4pm by appointment.
The civil works at Pinnacle Estate were completed by national civil engineering firm, Daracon Group.
Winten Property Group was founded in 1972 and is now one of Australia’s premier property development companies.
